For apartments and gated communities
- A nominal annual retainer fee.
- Priority assignment of technicians for other critical service calls.
- Weekly visit on a fixed day (as per residence convenience) with 8 hours commitment (9:30 am to 5:30 pm).
- The visit charges will be billed hourly and shared by all residents equally.
- All issues reported for the week till the last night prior to the visit will be rectified.
